What You’ll Do
- Lead or support software implementations for customers with low to moderate complexity, both remotely and onsite.
- Analyze customer workflows, configure our software to match their needs, and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Conduct quality assurance and testing using SQL and application expertise to ensure every implementation is successful.
- Collaborate across teams — including Product Support, Development, and Project Management — to meet timelines and deliver outstanding results.
- Provide product training, documentation, and guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Identify and communicate product improvements based on customer feedback and implementation experience.
- Serve as a mentor to Implementation Specialist I team members and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
- Travel to client sites up to 25% of the time (including some weekends as needed).
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years in a similar implementation, technical support, or business systems role.
- Technical Skills:
- Moderate experience with SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with Oracle Databases and extract/analyze data using SQL
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for excellent customer service
