What You’ll Do:

• Operate industrial sewing equipment including single straight stitch, double-needle, and serger machines
• Follow sewing instructions and specifications to produce seat covers, cushions, and other marine soft goods
• Read and interpret units of measure and sewing terminology accurately
• Maintain quality standards through proper alignment, stitching, and fabric handling
• Communicate product or material concerns with your team leader to resolve issues quickly
• Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Assist with additional tasks and team support as needed

What It Takes:

• Prior experience with industrial sewing machines is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
• Basic math skills and understanding of measurements
• Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• A commitment to quality, teamwork, and continuous learning
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; industrial sewing education or experience strongly valued
