Business Systems Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in improving service levels, resolving system challenges, and helping us deliver operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Systems Analyst at Input 1, you will:
- Become a subject matter expert on business systems and operations.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiencies, cut costs, and modernize processes through technology.
- Partner with executives and managers to design, implement, and manage impactful system and process changes.
- Test and monitor new system features before and after deployment.
- Document workflows, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and client onboarding.
- Resolve operational system and data issues quickly and effectively.
- Contribute to client implementation success by creating high-quality documentation and support materials.
Education And Experience/Knowledge Requirements
- 4-year college degree required.
- 5-7 years of previous similar work experience in IT, project management, or other related fields preferred.
- PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN)
- Strong understanding of business process analysis methodologies
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages preferred
- Experience working with various software applications and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
