Customer Service Representative

Multi-Channel Customer Care Specialist 


Fully Remote | $22–$24/hour | 🕒 Full-Time

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions through calls, live chat web messages, and emails.

  • Deliver accurate account information, process payments securely, and document all interactions.

  • Manage follow-ups in our Premium Billing System (PBS) to ensure tasks are completed promptly.

  • Escalate complex issues to the right teams with clear, detailed documentation.

  • Collaborate with teammates through Genesys and keep your status and time tracking up to date.

  • Communicate account updates across departments for seamless customer service.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in a high-volume contact center with voice and chat channels in remote environment. 

  • Typing speed: 40+ WPM with strong grammar and spelling.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Tech-savvy—experience with Genesys an/or Zoho is a plus.

  • A customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

How We Measure Success

  • Voice: 71+ calls/day | Avg. handle time ≈ 5.5 minutes.

  • Web: 56 messages/day | Avg. handle time ≈ 7 minutes.

  • Availability: 7 hours daily | 95% answer rate.

  • Quality: 80%+ average monitoring score.

     

Key Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:40 AM–5:10 PM PST (must be comfortable working Pacific hours).

  • Equipment: Use your own setup — two monitors, stable ethernet, and camera on for virtual meetings.
