Position Overview:
The Project Manager works closely with customers, CBT’s project team, 3rd party subcontractors and CBT’s account managers to develop relationships, manage expectations and communicate project updates to keep everyone aligned and ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Engineering Manager/specialist team/3rd party sub-contractors/account managers/customers to successfully deliver projects
- Scheduling of assignments – managing efficient use of time available to drive activities to completion
- Clearly defining expectations for assignment (budget, schedule, outcome)
- Following up with project team on progress
- Ensuring that defined processes and procedures are being followed (including projects managed by specialists)
- Weekly updates of Estimate to Complete for all fixed price projects
- Weekly review and update of invoicing needs
- Regularly communicating with account managers and customers
- Develop a trusting relationship with Account Managers, Customers and Specialist
- Timely resolution of issues
- Identifying and removing roadblocks
- Providing technical guidance and support
- Regular communication with the project team, customer & account manager
