First National Bank of Oklahoma is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in our Ponca City Office. In this position, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, greeting and escorting walk-in traffic to specific destinations and giving information to customers and the general public. Our Customer Service Assistant interacts with customers daily and this position would be a great fit for a person who has a strong desire to work with the public.
Customer Service Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers and set a positive office atmosphere

Answer the phone, take messages and forward calls

Greet walk-in customers and other visitors and escort them to specific destinations

Work morning reports and distribute to appropriate people

Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail deliveries

Scan documents
Customer Service Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position

Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office

Outstanding communication skills

Great organizational and multitasking abilities
