As our Customer Service Representative, you will meet with customers to determine product needs and deliver excellent customer service through personalized and accurate handling of their requests. Additional duties of this position include, but are not limited to, opening, closing, maintenance, and check-back of deposit accounts, special projects and community involvement. This position interacts with customers daily and would be well suited for a person with a high level of professionalism and a strong desire to work with the public.

Qualifications for this position are a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication and proficient computer skills with experience using Word, Excel, or other similar software.
