JCS is seeking a compassionate and skilled Early Childhood Clinician to provide play therapy and family-centered mental health services in our outpatient setting. This role focuses on supporting young children (ages 0-8) and their families through evidence-based therapeutic interventions, developmental support, and trauma-informed care.
You'll work with children navigating emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, using play therapy as a primary modality while collaborating closely with parents and caregivers. This position requires clinical expertise, creativity, and a genuine comfort working with families as partners in the therapeutic process.

Your Role
- Provide psychotherapy to clients of all ages in a warm, welcoming setting.
- Conduct strength-based assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver services in-person or via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
- Collaborate with other providers and refer clients to community resources as needed.
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation.
