- Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum 7 years’ experience in construction project development and management.
- Experience with NYC funded projects. Knowledge of essential New York City government procedures and agencies (DCA, DDC, EDC preferably).
- Experience project managing complex projects.
- Experience developing and managing budgets Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to think “outside-the-box” when solving problems that affect the organization.
- Highly detail-oriented
Compensation: The salary for this role is $125K. This position is full-time, exempt, and eligible for benefits. Working conditions: Administrative Work requiring mobility (Category 2):
