The Digital Analyst I is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support digital operation needs.

What you will do:

• Develop actionable analytics and communicate insights via visualizations and dashboards (infographics, dashboards, custom reports, and recurring reports)
• Integrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed. Manage users and user roles.
• Translate complex analysis into actionable intelligence and recommendations for management.
• Process confidential data and information with accuracy according to guidelines.
• Support targeted digital member engagement activities, including opportunities for product and process improvement with a focus on driving significant digital growth
• Document all data and reporting processes.
• Provide appropriate communications and status reports to management, team members and business lines.
• Trains end users on new reports and dashboards.
