About the Role:
As the Director of FP&A and Internal Controls, you will play a pivotal role in enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll also lead internal control initiatives, support digital transformation in finance, and act as a trusted advisor across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic CFO Support: Partner closely with the CFO on financial reporting, M&A analysis, and executive presentations.

Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across business units.

Performance Analysis: Provide detailed variance and trend analysis; deliver key insights on financial and operational KPIs.

Internal Controls: Design, implement, and monitor strong internal control processes across all business units.

Digital Transformation: Champion finance innovation using BI tools and AI to streamline reporting and analysis.

Cost & Scenario Modeling: Build and maintain dynamic financial models to guide business decisions and assess risk.

Cross-Functional Partnering: Work closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams to align strategy with financial goals.
