Customer Service Manager for established Case IH dealership. Responsible for all aspects of service department. This position reports directly to Dealership Store Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations in the customer service department
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
- Manage service technicians’ daily workloads
- Create service order quotes and assign orders to service technicians
- Communicate status to customers and complete invoicing and follow-ups
- Navigate OEM Dealer Portals to troubleshoot problems and warranty information
- Maintain records, manage service reports, warranty audits and open backlog
- Instruct customers on operation and maintenance of equipment
- Evaluate productivity of technicians and profitability of service department
