Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Internal Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization, including executive and high-level management positions, technical roles, sales professionals, project managers, service coordinators, administrative support staff, and field technicians.

Experience in the physical security industry is essential, as is a proactive, people-oriented approach to recruitment. The Internal Recruiter will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers and HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

  • Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners when needed.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, labor market changes, and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.

  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in hiring practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with both high-level management and technical roles.

  • Prior experience recruiting within the physical security industry is strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing techniques.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and approachable with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

  • Proficient in using ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for roles such as sales, project management, service coordination, field technicians, and administrative support.

  • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
