The Junior HVAC Technician provides skilled mechanical maintenance, inspections, repairs, installations, and alterations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; as well as, performs preventive maintenance and routine servicing of all related equipment to JJ Powell, Inc. residential and/or commercial customers in a professional, friendly, courteous, caring and loyal manner.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Perform skilled electrical maintenance work through the repairs, installations, and alterations of HVAC equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Operate and manage company vehicle, tools, and equipment following company guidelines.
- Maintain all required certifications and continuing education hours.
- Available primarily Monday – Friday during normal business hours with occasional evening and weekend work.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of HVAC technical training program
- 2 or more years experience, preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job, will be considered
