- An understanding of the hospital system environment, especially the critical care environment.
- This individual must demonstrate operating knowledge of computers with a demonstrable, intermediate-level skill (at a minimum) with email, Word, Excel, and other comparable software programs.

Physical Activities/Requirements
- This position requires availability to travel within and outside LifeCenter’s donor service area promptly.
- This position requires the supervision of employees who may be in any part of LifeCenter’s donor service area.
- This position requires the ability to operate phones, computers, and other office equipment effectively.
- The individual must have the ability to communicate clearly using the English language to accurately convey information and be able to hear at normal speaking levels both in person and over the phone.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Generally, working conditions do not require exposure to hazardous materials nor extremes in health and safety hazards. Work is normally performed in an office setting as well as other business environments, which may include remote work in a home office setting, if applicable
- This position is required to follow hospital immunization, health screening, and background check requirements. Immunizations and tests will be provided by LifeCenter as required.
- The employee is required to move up to 25 pounds with or without assistance.
ANTICIPATED TIME COMMITMENT
This position requires on-call availability, evening, and weekend work.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Registered Nurse, Physician’s Assistant, or other relevant health care practitioner
- Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree strongly preferred
- Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) preferred
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in organ and/or tissue donation, with at least 5 years of leadership experience
- Must possess state or federally issued identification suitable for air travel

The pay range for this role is $140,000 - $210,000. Where a candidate’s compensation falls within this range is based on several bona fide factors such as experience, tenure, and other specialized knowledge. LifeCenter Northwest is committed to providing its employees equitable and competitive compensation.
This position is eligible for additional compensation to the base pay rate in the form of the Management Incentive Compensation Program.
