Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items in a timely manner
- Create innovative and creative drink options that meet or exceed guest and members’ expectations
- Provide up-to-date knowledge of daily specials, events, and promotions.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
- Serve beverages in a timely, professional manner, garnishing and decorating as needed.
- Entertain guests while mixing drinks, talking about spirits and offering trivia and history about various alcohols to keep guests engaged and enjoying themselves.
- Monitor bar area to ensure guest satisfaction, respond promptly to additional requests, and determine when drinks are near completion.
- Present checks with appropriate script and process payments or post charges to member/guest accounts.
- Ensure all side work (replenishing supplies, cleaning ice bins, changing kegs, etc.) is completed.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance, ensuring the assigned uniform and nametag are worn at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Attend all required meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to meet business needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards.
