Job Title: Dining Room Attendant

Pay: $13.00p/h

Location: Kissimmee, FL

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Job Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional dining experience by providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to keep open and effective communication with FOH, BOH, guests, and members
• Provide support to FOH and BOH as needed to ensure efficiency of the restaurant
• Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies
• Provide support to servers and act as a liaison between the culinary staff and front of the house service.
• Create excellent dining experiences for our members and guests by anticipating their needs and serving them in a professional and efficient manner.
• Assist with confirming orders from the kitchen are accurate and presentable. Assists with garnishing and decorating dishes as needed prior to serving.
• Anticipate the members or guest needs. Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
• Assist servers with pre bussing in between courses.  Assists with maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room.  Clears and resets tables at conclusion of dining experience.
• Display knowledge of all menus for all meal periods.
• Complete daily checklists of duties and monitors linen supplies.
• Ensure tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner
• Completing any other task/duties assigned

• Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills
• Server assistant and/or bussing experience of at least 1 year is required. Private and/or club experience is a plus.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, etc.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift, push, carry, and pull at least 50lbs.
