Keeping our building clean and operational is vital to our success! The Facilities Team Member is responsible for maintaining the building and equipment functionality including audio/visual, pinsetters, arcade games, kitchen and bar equipment, plumbing and electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and more. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Janitorial Team Member is responsible for maintaining a clean facility, to include but not limited to hard floors, carpeted floors, bathrooms, stocking paper products and removing the trash. All while having the highest regard for safety and cleanliness.

Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, walls counters and equipment.

Maintain cleanliness f all restrooms and ensure properly stocked of paper products, soap and other.

Disinfect commonly used items like door handles, hand railings and telephones.

Clean spills with appropriate equipment

Empty trash and recycling bins inside and outside the building.

Prioritize tasks and projects assigned to maximize timeliness of completion and safety.

Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Performs all shift duties as required by Facilities Manager.

Professionally interact with vendors, guests, and staff members.

Required to follow all safety procedures and practices and follow PPE protections to ensure personal and guest safety from potential hazards.

Reliable; consistently at work and on time.

Additional duties and responsibilities to be performed when directed by the Facility Manager.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO THE JOB:

Proven ability to work professionally as a team and independently when necessary.

Experience completing cleaning tasks with minimal supervision.

Operating cleaning equipment to include carpet steamers.

Safe use of chemicals.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work effectively with people at all staff levels, customers, and external agents.

Ability to problem solve generating positive impacts.
