What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care and routine follow-up visits under the supervision of an RN.
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical notes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on care plans, safety, and wellness practices.
- Report patient concerns and changes in condition promptly to the supervising RN.
