What You’ll Do

As a Registered Nurse with Safe Hands Home Health Care, you will:

  • Conduct initial assessments and craft individualized care plans

  • Deliver direct clinical care, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration

  • Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and safety practices

  • Accurately document visits and updates in our EMR system

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated care

  • Travel to patient homes throughout Oakland County to provide compassionate care

 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Michigan

  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, ideally with home health or community care

  • Proven skills in wound care, IV administration, and patient education

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and compassionate with strong clinical judgment

  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs)

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
