What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse with Safe Hands Home Health Care, you will:

Conduct initial assessments and craft individualized care plans

Deliver direct clinical care, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration

Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and safety practices

Accurately document visits and updates in our EMR system

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated care

Travel to patient homes throughout Oakland County to provide compassionate care
