What You’ll Do
- Source and purchase used vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and private sellers
- Appraise vehicles accurately based on market trends, condition, and history
- Negotiate purchases to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain detailed purchase records and ensure compliance with dealership policies
- Build and nurture relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and other automotive partners
- Stay up to date on market values, reconditioning costs, and consumer demand
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive buying, appraising, or sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of current used car market trends and valuation tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
