What will you bring to the table?
Education: Master’s degree in a human services field
License/certifications: License preferred (LPC or LSW)
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred
Job Specific Competencies
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective counseling skills
- Diagnostic interviewing skills
- Clinical case presentation ability
- Ability to provide clinical services to clients with a variety of psychiatric disorders
- Knowledge of service area referral options

- Computer with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applicationsÂ
- Copy machineÂ
- Telephone with voice mail systemÂ

- Flexibility to work evening hoursÂ
- Use of personal automobileÂ
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as defined by AID’s personnel policies. Maintain valid Illinois driver’s license. Meet/maintain driving record standards as defined by AID’s insurance carrier.Â
