Education:Â Â Â Â High school diploma or GEDÂ
License/certifications:  Must obtain CESP certification after 1 year of employment.      Â
Experience:Â Â Â Â At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health or experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.Â
Physical:Â Â Â Â
- Navigation of stairsÂ
- Ability to move about in the work environment and to regularly visit multiple work sites within the entire service area. Driving a car is required.Â
- Ability to be able to assist clients in training in Labor focused positions. Â
Equipment:Â
- Computer including Microsoft Office Suite ApplicationsÂ
- Copy MachineÂ
- Fax MachineÂ
- ScannerÂ
- Telephone with voice mail systemÂ
Additional Requirements:Â
- The use of personal automobile, a valid driver’s license, and the minimum amount of liability insurance as defined by AID’s Personnel Policy. Will require use of employee’s personal automobile.Â
- Must acquire and maintain certifications in First Aid, CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, CEU’s and other relevant trainingsÂ
- Flexibility in work hours required. Â
- Computer skills, experience with data entry, word processing and spreadsheets.Â
- Must be capable of verbal and written communication.Â
- Neat and professional appearance.Â
