CARCHEX Pre Sales Phone Agents are on the front lines of the CARCHEX customer experience. These energetic team members engage with customers who have already expressed an interest in our offerings, ask qualifying questions and pass the customer to a waiting Sales Representative.
Reporting to a dedicated Team Leader, this position is responsible for:
- Phone existing customers
- Projecting a positive, enthusiastic demeanor to customers
- Confirming and updating contract information
- Introducing special coverage and pricing options
- Ensuring customers are successfully transferred to a sales representative
Compensation for Call Transfer Agent:
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $17.50 per hour
