Summary:
The position of an Residential Office Manager is to provide, under minimal supervision, management of a center office and oversee the day to day operations of the site. An Residential Office Manager serves as the point person at the site and is responsible for directly handling office needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling of office meetings and telemed appointments.
- Â Identify site problems and opportunities for improvement in the offices.
- Coordinates or approves outgoing correspondence related to the site.
- Oversees site budgets and submits purchase requests to the business office.
- Screens questions concerning items such as billing and service availability and directs them to the appropriate staff to address.
- Monitors the site to maintain compliance with applicable licensure rules and regulations.
- Completes weekly compliance reports for clinical staff.
- Â Assists with decision making, preparation and coordination of office needs during inclement weather conditions.
- Â Follows all guidelines outlined in the CAREY Policies and Procedures Manual including Corporate Compliance Policies.
- Is expected to have regular and predictable attendance and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Other assigned duties by supervisor or management to meet the needs of the organization.
Position Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D.; experience in operating office technology; has computer skills and training; experience with medical/social service or other office environments and supervisory experience preferred.
