Job DescriptionÂ
The Beach Manager is responsible for Training, Coaching, and managing the Beach Attendants. Handles any guest issues and needs on the beach.  Â
Essential FunctionsÂ

Greet all guests upon arrival, distribute towels, offer assistance, and deliver consistent guest service, exceeding guest expectations.Â

Issue beach chairs and umbrellas to guests.Â

Maintain cleanliness of pool deck and facilities including straightening and stocking chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs, and umbrellas.Â

Ensure that the beach storage unit is properly maintained.Â

Monitor inventory of beach supplies daily.Â

Report equipment and supply deficiencies.Â

Fold fresh towels.Â

Secure chairs.Â

Secure umbrellas.Â

Promote positive guest relations for all guests by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service. Â
