CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION, and WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of basic reading, writing, and math.
- Knowledge of proper use of the measuring equipment.
- Knowledge of proper set up of die cast equipment.
- Excellent communication skills both oral & written.
- High School Diploma required.
- Acceptable computer skills.
- Forklift License
- Lockout/Tagout
- Crane License
- Able to work in team environment.

PHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Please note: Continuously (80%-100%), Frequently (21%-79%), Occasionally (up to 20%)
- Possess good physical stamina and coordination. Specific physical requirements of the position include the ability to continuously and repetitively:
- Walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Read standardized work instructions, operate machines and tools, and perform quality inspections.
- Promptly detect and respond to visual and auditory safety instructions, alarms, and signals.
- Wear personal protective equipment on plant floor, for example: safety glasses, gloves, hats, ear plugs, and steel-toed safety shoes.
- Work in a loud manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled (conditions can be hot or cold).
- Frequently and repetitively:
- Lift or carry materials weighting up to 30 pounds.
- Bend, push, pull, twist, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform work.
- Use hand positioning to grip/grasp devices such as hoists and a wide range of power and vibrating tools or other equipment.
- Occasionally
- Lift or carry materials weight up to 80 pounds.
- Sit, climb (including ladders and lifts) and drive vehicles and equipment.
- Recognizes potential exposure to mechanical, chemical, electrical, and explosive hazards.
