Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following essential duties may be carried out with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Welcomes and greets guests in a professional, friendly manner.
- Sets up and breaks down each morning's breakfast buffet.
- Ensures all food items remain well-stocked and at a safe temperature.
- Maintains safety and appearance of the area.
- Cleans the area and restocks breakfast items in preparation for the next day.
- Maintains superior standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the breakfast area, kitchen, and storage rooms.
- Consistently maintains a neat, organized, and clean workspace and uniform.
- Ensures coffee service is set up, continually stocked, and cleaned according to standard.
- Conducts inventory of supplies and places orders on a regular basis, ensuring appropriate stock levels.
- Assists management in creating menu.
- Follows all cleaning, safety, and food service standards of the hotel and of federal, state, and local laws.
- Follows all policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
