What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly voice our customers love to hear—whether it’s answering questions, solving problems, or simply making someone’s day better.
- Use your multitasking skills to manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and more.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Learn all about our products and services and share your knowledge with customers to help them find the perfect solutions.
- Keep things running smoothly by updating customer accounts and ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.
- Collaborate with a team that’s all about exceeding customer expectations and delivering top-notch service.
- Keep cool under pressure and maintain a positive, empathetic approach, even on the busiest days.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (but if you’re awesome, we’re flexible!).
- Strong communication skills—whether you’re talking or typing, you know how to make a connection.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly (Microsoft Office experience is a plus).
- Problem-solving skills—you’re quick on your feet and love a good challenge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
Training Requirements:
- Completion of Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Training.
- Ongoing training as identified by supervisors or HR.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods.
- Occasionally lifting to 10 lbs.
