Episcopal High School is seeking flexible and proactive substitute teachers to join our educational community. Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the lesson plans provided by the full-time teacher, ensuring that activities are carried out as scheduled.
- Monitor student progress and provide support where needed.
- Maintain an engaging and respectful classroom environment.
- Build rapport with students using a relational approach to encourage participation and learning.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and think on your feet to address classroom challenges.
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
- Use technology to access lesson plans and complete necessary reports.
- Take initiative to support students and maintain a productive, focused classroom atmosphere.
