Job Purpose:
- The Supported Employment Developer at  FAMILY OUTREACH INC is responsible for managing the employment and vocational elements of Personal Support Plans (PSPs). This role involves coordinating services for private pay clients and providing essential program support to ensure successful employment outcomes for individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the employment/vocational component of Personal Support Plans (PSPs) tailored to individual client needs.
- Coordinate all services related to supported employment for private pay clients, ensuring seamless integration and support.
- Perform program support activities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of employment services.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to identify employment opportunities and support job placement.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting plans and strategies as necessary to achieve employment goals.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to track client progress and program outcomes.
- Engage with community resources and employers to develop partnerships that facilitate employment opportunities for clients.
- Provide guidance and support to clients in developing job skills and preparing for employment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to supported employment services.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- Combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, business, or a related field.

Required Experience:
- Three (3) years of related experience, including service coordination or supported employment experience.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of the employment and vocational components of Personal Support Plans (PSPs).
- Proven ability to coordinate services effectively for private pay clients.
- Excellent program support skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology for service coordination.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
