The Role
We are seeking a hunter Business Development Manager with strong regional experience across the UAE and GCC markets. The ideal candidate thrives on generating new leads, building relationships from the ground up, and driving growth through proactive prospecting and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and win new business across UAE and the wider GCC region.
- Develop relationships with targeted prospects via various communications channels and networking.
- Identify and maximise key opportunities including arranging calls and meetings and managing multiple business development engagements to achieve a robust pipeline.
- Represent Lowe Rental in client meetings, site visits, and industry events to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored rental solutions using Lowe’s portfolio of catering equipment, refrigeration and modular kitchen infrastructure projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), managing the complete sales cycle from lead to close.
- Collaborate with internal operations and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Report on KPIs, sales activity, and forecasts to senior management.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
