The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, solutions-driven individual to lead the charge on our event presence across Europe, the Middle East, and the UK. From bustling expos in Dubai to sun-soaked summer festivals in London, you’ll be the connector, the planner, the problem-solver — the spark behind every standout moment.

We're not just showing up — we’re showing off. You’ll work closely with a high-energy team to bring our brand to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Travel across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, leading the setup and execution of live events and activations.
• Take the lead in guiding a dynamic team of contractors and casual workers—setting clear directions, keeping operations smooth, and championing Health & Safety standards every step of the way.
• Work hand-in-hand with our internal stakeholders to make sure every touchpoint reflects our company values.
• Think on your feet, handle logistics, and tackle challenges head-on. You’ll thrive in the unpredictable world of live events.
   

In this role you can expect:

• October–May: Europe & Middle East expos, trade shows & B2B experiences.
• June–September: UK-based festivals and peak summer

Essential Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent work ethic and the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience of site supervision in a business to business environment. Able to both delegate, supervise and get your own hands dirty in fast moving operational environment.
• Problem solver and can-do attitude, wants to be part of the solution.
• Basic computer skills required
• Full clean driving licence.
• Ability and willingness to travel anywhere within the UK, Europe and Middle East and be away from home for periods of time essential.  
• Good communicator at all levels and can clearly communicate with the client.
• Logical decision maker, quick to act but takes responsibility for their actions. Makes decisions under pressure and deals with problems in a timely manner.
• Leads by example
• Strong attention to detail, works in a tidy, organised way, prioritises work activities and plans how to meet deadlines.

Desirable:

• Knowledge and experience of the events industry useful not essential. 
• Experience in refrigeration operations desirable but not essential
• Forklift and telehandler licence desirable or willingness to undertake.
