The Role 

Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, our Electrician position will play a key role in delivering an outstanding service through PKL Group. Based at our office in Bishops Cleeve, you will be active in serving the needs of our customers whilst promoting our core values.  Additional duties required are:

• Perform installation, repair and maintenance work on our temporary and modular kitchen units
• Leveraging testing devices to troubleshoot electrical issues
• Identifying and mitigating safety hazards, code violations and other electrical issues
• Perform general maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure all work is compliant with local and national electrical regulations
• Work cross-functionally in a collaborative manner
• Perform any ad hoc duties where necessary

Experience & Skills

• Completion of apprenticeship in the relevant field
• Min 1 year experience as a qualified electrician
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

NVQ level 3 electrical installation

L3 award in inspection and testing
