 Communications Director
The Communications Director sets and guides the strategy for all communications, the website, and public relations messages throughout the Club. They will work closely with each department to promote information with our members and team.

 Duties & Expectations
- Create and improve the distribution and maintenance of all print and electronic information including, but not limited to, monthly newsletter, marketing materials, brochures, digital signage, social media, and the Club’s website, ensuring consistent messages across all platforms. Â
- Implement and manage communication strategies to enhance engagement and support Big Canyon’s objectives.
- Track communication initiatives and analyze trends to ensure strategies and media are effective.
- Perform photography and video both for events and promotional materials.
- Responsible for supervision of the Communications and Member Services team to include scheduling, delegation of duties & tasks, progressive discipline, service audits, menu creation, and mentorship.
- Be a creative and inspirational source in collaborating with the Catering, Food & Beverage, Golf, and Wellness teams.
- This position will be expected to support and perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and Director of Food & Beverage.
