What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 3-5 years of experience within an operations department and at least 4 years as a system administrator supporting custom applications and objects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives concurrently.
- Demonstrates ability to find common ground between user requirements, scope, and platform capabilities, and respectfully challenge ideas in the spirit for continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical
- HubSpot certification is preferred.
- Expertise in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Strong knowledge of CRM integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Hands-on leadership solution design and architectural experience.

Working Conditions:
This position is based in an office environment and is primarily sedentary in nature. It requires regular use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Some roles may involve wearing a headset and sustained computer use for 8 or more hours per day. Employees may be required to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, and occasional bending, lifting, or carrying items up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
Pay Range: $X - $X.
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.
