Qualifications and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support, preferably in athletics or higher education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment
Preferred:
- Experience working in a college athletic department
- Familiarity with NCAA regulations and compliance platforms (e.g., ARMS, Front Rush)
- Event coordination or operations background in athletics settings
Work Environment and Schedule
Primarily office-based with regular visits to athletic facilities.
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Some evenings and weekends are required to support athletic events and campus activities.
