Position Overview: The Department of Foreign Languages at Lane College seeks an Adjunct Professor of Spanish. Candidates should have a strong background in teaching introductory Spanish language classes.

Responsibilities:

• Instructor of Introductory Spanish, such as Elementary Spanish I and II.
• The teaching load will not exceed 9 credits per semester.
• Evidence of outstanding teaching or teaching potential is essential.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment for a diverse student body.

• Masters in Spanish or related area
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college level.
• · Ability to engage with diverse student populations and contribute to an inclusive classroom environment.
• · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
