We’re looking for a Store Support Representative (SSR) to visit Walmart locations across your territory, assisting with product promotion, equipment evaluation, and basic troubleshooting. This role offers a hands-on, dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

As an SSR, you’ll:

  • Visit Walmart locations Monday through Friday to meet project goals.
  • Interact with store employees, management, and customers to provide exceptional service.
  • Perform basic equipment troubleshooting, software installations/removals, and site cleaning.
  • Evaluate equipment conditions and complete project-related tasks.
  • Schedule and manage your daily visits with flexibility.
  • Use a phone-based ticketing system to record activities and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Driving Skills: A valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record in good standing.
  • Travel Readiness: Comfort with daily travel over long distances.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
