The eCommerce Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Content & Syndication Strategy across eCommerce channels (Amazon, retailer.com). This individual will oversee all aspects of content creation from writing creating briefs for internal/extra agencies and developing KPIs on content effectiveness to writing an RFP and owning content syndication for the organization for Gorilla® and O’Keeffe’s® brands.
What will your day look like?
- Leading organization's digital-shelf playbook to secure growth and outline our Tech Stack Roadmap. Leading the RFP process for a PIM and Syndication partner.
- Develop eCommerce content strategy across retailers and across the product portfolio to optimize digital presence and maximize eCommerce conversion.
- Translate content strategy into asset creation, leveraging both an internal creative team and external agency partners (creative briefs, project management).
- Expanded digital-shelf coverage without added headcount by implementing automation, scaleability strategies and workflow.
- Manage asset syndication across eCommerce retail partners, leveraging asset management vendors and tools to drive efficiency. Maintain channel marketing content calendar throughout the year.
- Analyze content performance results and KPIs and regularly share with cross-functional partners and leaders. Leverage insights to optimize future content creation based on past performance.
- Develop scorecard dashboards with multi-data visibility to provide executive leadership with e-commerce health visibility
- Own ratings and reviews strategy and management, reporting on trends and insights and activating amplification programs.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing teams, corporate digital marketing team, third-party vendors, sales, product management, graphics, and other key stakeholders to ensure overall project and business success.
