Summary Description



The Consumer Insights Coordinator will support the development and execution of research initiatives to uncover consumer behaviors, preferences, and trends by writing and analyzing consumer studies. This role works closely with the Consumer Insights team, marketing and product development.




What will your day look like?





  • Assist in executing product trial studies including writing surveys, coordination of product pack outs and analyzing data.
  • Assist in designing, conducting, and analyzing consumer research studies (e.g., surveys, focus groups, usability testing).
  • Coordinate research projects with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Analyze quantitative data to identify consumer trends, behaviors, and needs.
  • Create clear, concise reports and presentations that summarize findings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align insights with business objectives and to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

 





Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

  • Collaboration with multi-functional team, serving as a consumer insights consultant to internal customers in marketing – to ensure studies are meeting business needs/questions.
  • Demonstrated ability to succinctly develop and manage surveys and questionnaires using logical question funnel and sequencing, to address key business questions and develop actionable recommendations
  • Ability to analyze quantitative data to succinctly summarize results and trends and identify key takeaways
  • Ability to extract and effectively communicate insights and actionable recommendations from data and analyze results
  • BS Degree in marketing or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years of market research & insights experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Has partnered with marketing and R&D in launching innovative new products
  • Must be team player, with a highly-collaborative style
  • Excellent communication skills, plus a creative and adaptable attitude
