Summary Description
The Consumer Insights Coordinator will support the development and execution of research initiatives to uncover consumer behaviors, preferences, and trends by writing and analyzing consumer studies. This role works closely with the Consumer Insights team, marketing and product development.
What will your day look like?
- Assist in executing product trial studies including writing surveys, coordination of product pack outs and analyzing data.
- Assist in designing, conducting, and analyzing consumer research studies (e.g., surveys, focus groups, usability testing).
- Coordinate research projects with internal teams and external vendors.
- Analyze quantitative data to identify consumer trends, behaviors, and needs.
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations that summarize findings.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align insights with business objectives and to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
