Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Previous experience in the CPG industry is essential.
- Strong analytic skill set with the ability to provide actionable recommendations based on key performance indicators as well as strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, particularly Amazon, and its associated tools (e.g., Seller Central, Vendor Central).
- Experience in replenishment, preferably within Amazon, with a proven ability to navigate and influence decision-making processes in a dynamic environment of fluctuating consumer demand.
- Strong teamwork; able to effectively participate and motivate others working within a team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to present to all levels within the organization as well as customers.
- Should be goal oriented, confident, outgoing, and able to succeed under pressure within a competitive environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools and Microsoft Office. Desired knowledge includes pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IFS (SUMIFS, AVERAGEIFS, etc.), chart and graph creation, etc.
- Able to adapt to new technology.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop, reach, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see and use repetitive motions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds of material, boxes, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as reading handwritten and or typed material and must have the ability to focus.
