Who We Need
Sabel Systems is now accepting applications from Marine Corps logistics professionals interested in providing support services to the Marine Corps’ Logistics Plans and Operations Branch (LPO). The overall objective of this contract is to provide operational expertise, prepositioning strategies, and war reserve management support to the LPO branch, DC I&L, and DC PP&O. This support will span current and future operations, strategic mobility planning and GPN integration, with dedicated liaisons to MARFOR/MEFs, and also includes executive administrative support. The primary objective of this support is to enhance the effectiveness of the Marine Corps’ prepositioning and war reserve capabilities.
Sabel Systems requires an Administrative Support Expert to support LPO. The contractor will provide assist the Branch Operations Officer with administrative tasks enabling the LPO Branch to achieve its mission and responsibilities. All work will be performed at the Pentagon. Services require occasional domestic and international travel. This position requires a Secret clearance.

• Receive, assign, track and submit government-approved tasks in DoN ETMS2 on SIPR and NIPR for the branch as directed by the Operations Officer;
• Receive, assign, track and submit government-approved AMHS Messages, Information, Position and Decision Papers, PowerPoint Briefs or other documents as required for the branch, as directed by the Operations Officer;
• Maintain updated rosters of branch personnel, including daily status, leave and TAD reports on the Division's SharePoint site;
• Coordinate emails, calendar events and tasks due for staffing, both internal and external to the Branch, as directed by the Operations Officer;
• Coordinate conference room and meeting facilities, parking permits and office supplies and equipment repairs;
• Maintain updated lists of approved annual training rosters for Branch personnel;
• Research and gather information to prepare, coordinate and implement policies and handbooks as required;
• Conduct records management, review and process incoming and outgoing administrative packages and make administrative recommendations;
• Administer the Branch’s Microsoft SharePoint website and TEAMS channels;
• Manage and provide information and guidance on the LP Division’s Security Program, including policy guidance, personnel security and security briefs/debriefs;
• Assist with classified material destruction, maintain security storage containers and oversee space access and checklists;
• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping services for the Branch spaces, including fire drills and safety inspections;
• Assist with coordinating charitable fund programs, such as the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS);
• Travel may be required (~10-20%); and
• All other duties as assigned.
