Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or open to pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field (i.e. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
- High intrinsic drive and accountability to meet personal and organizational goals in new products, technologies, processes, and tools.
- Exposure to (prefer proficiency in) CAD drawing software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and autonomously make decisions based on data and technical specifications.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and error detection/fixing.
- Strong project management and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with motion control products or related industries is a plus.
- Previous experience with project execution and/or product engineering is an advantage.
