What You'll Need
- Possesses and maintains a nationally accredited personal trainer certification obtained through a proctored exam. Must be on the current list shown on the NCCA/ICE website- NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM
- Knowledge of basic and advanced exercise principles required
- Strong interest in health and fitness; working towards a bachelor’s degree in exercise science or health-related preferred
- Obtain and maintain all additional new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire
- The ideal candidate must be able and willing to work evening hours, 4-8 pm, and/or early morning hours, 5-9 am. Weekends are ideal but not required. Also, must be comfortable with small group personal training.

Assigned projects and events may occur outside throughout the year and will be subject to various weather conditions as needed. Demands include (but are not limited to): Visual acuity, talking, hearing, lifting (up to 40lbs. independently, more than 50lbs. with assistance), walking, stooping, rising, kneeling, crouching, sitting or standing (for sustained periods of time), reaching, pushing, pulling, balancing, climbing, feeling, grasping and other repetitive motions of the hands, fingers and wrists.
