What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities maintenance
- Mechanical and electrical experience required
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must obtain Class 24 Pesticide Certification within one (1) year of hire/promotion
- Must obtain Certified Pool Operator (C.P.O.)” within one year of hire/promotion
- Must be well groomed and have good communication skills
- Must have above average knowledge of one of the trades (i.e., plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, masonry, painting, landscaping, electrical & other wiring, general construction, etc.)
- Must have basic computer skills
- Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire
