QSR Automations is looking for a Validation Specialist!
Job Summary:
QSR Automations has an immediate opening for an exceptional, results-oriented individual for the role of Validation Specialist.
Reporting to the Support Services Manager, the Validation Specialist: creates and delivers all software licenses and validations to QSR resellers and end users and compiles information and maintains records to process RMA requests.
What you will be doing:
- Handle inbound calls and emails for License Requests \ Validation Requests
- Coordinate with customers, Finance, Data Management and Client Services departments to ensure timely and accurate license acquisition and renewal
- Ensure compliance with organization policies
- Maintain documentation in ticketing system (Freshdesk) as well as Salesforce
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in Freshdesk
- Serve as point of contact for customer RMA requests and maintain tracking in RMA database

- Regular M-F business hours
- Based out of our Louisville, Kentucky headquarters, hybrid if within proximity to Louisville office
- Minimal travel required annually for Company On-sites and meetings
