We have a great opportunity to join our Management Team, leading our Sioux Falls, SD branch. The Branch Manager directs and supervises the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and the achievement of sales and productivity goals. This role aligns sales strategies and operational capabilities to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:
- Hire, manage, and develop staff
- Increase sales and profit, meeting KPIs set
- Understand financial statements, budgeting needs, and ensure OPEX controls are in place
- Oversee branch operations, including daily follow-up with customer service queues/CRM, Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations
- Build relationships with customers, vendors, and employees to maintain consistent customer service levels
- Assure to all safety policies and procedures are being adhered to, and safety culture is positive
- Ensure marketing strategies are implemented
- Travel to customers, meetings, and training
