Role Summary
As a Doughnut Boss at Pinkbox Doughnuts, you ensure top-notch product quality and customer service. You lead by example, managing staff, cash handling, and safety protocols. Through training and operational oversight, you maintain excellence and adaptability to support overall store success.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all products meet Pinkbox Doughnuts standards.
- Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor – always being of service to those around you. Serve as a role model.
- Become knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the store.
- Have manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids and discounts.
- Ensure sanitation practices are being used in handling and preparing food in the kitchen.
- Ensures all safety and security policies are being followed as set by the Company.
- Train and coach employees during each shift to ensure Company and brand standards are being met.
- Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.
