About The Role

Our Artists create awesome doughnut art by using proprietary icing, filling, topping and decorating techniques and products, ensuring each item meets Pinkbox standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow product recipes and decorating requirements.
• Inspect all products and remove misshapen/imperfect doughnuts and baked goods.
• Properly apply filling, icings, and toppings
• Follow portioning controls and par levels
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
• Maintain awareness of inventory
• Stock and rotate speed racks and display cases
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the shop.

• Prior pastry experience required
• Must have Clark County Food Handler’s Card or required regional work cards
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.
• Decorators can expect to work an 8 hour shift on average, including weekends and holidays. Our shops are 24/7!
